1. Nature of Services

RiseWell provides peer recovery coaching and related support services, including sober companions, safe passage/transport, and family interventions.

Our services are non-clinical and do not replace medical treatment, therapy, or emergency care.

RiseWell staff are not licensed medical or mental health providers, and are not mandated reporters. However, we may contact emergency services if we believe there is an imminent risk of harm to you or others.
2. Use of Website

All content on the website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of RiseWell and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
3. Third-Party Coaching Software

As part of services, RiseWell may provide access to third-party, HIPAA-compliant software platforms (“Coaching Software”) for scheduling, communication, and progress tracking.

These platforms are operated by independent providers. Your use of such platforms is subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

RiseWell is not responsible for outages, data loss, or breaches that occur on third-party platforms.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy

RiseWell is not a HIPAA-covered entity. However, we maintain confidentiality practices modeled on HIPAA principles.

5. No Emergency Services

RiseWell is not an emergency or crisis service.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies are outlined in your Service Agreement with RiseWell.

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are due as agreed in the Service Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability

RiseWell is not liable for outcomes of recovery coaching, including relapse, medical events, or decisions made by clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseWell disclaims all warranties related to the website and services.

Your use of the website and services is at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiseWell, its staff, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or services, except where prohibited by law.
